Who better to go to be a coach for working women than someone who has experienced for themselves the challenges as a working woman and executive?
I have extensive experience as a corporate and business executive gained during my many years of working in a number of executive positions both within large corporates and smaller organisations. As I worked my way up from junior management to Board positions, I learned valuable lessons about the business environment, people, politics, stress, work-life pressures and the myriad other demands on the successful female executive.
With the additional experience of having set up and run my own businesses, I fully understand the challenges, complexities, obstacles, fears, hopes and dreams of women who are moving along similar paths. This is invaluable experience to tap into.
If you are new to the concept of coaching, the reasons for you considering hiring a coach might include developing strengths to prepare and position yourself for increasingly senior roles, such as:
- improving personal impact and influence
- successfully managing work-based politics
- building self-confidence
- developing readiness for the next level
- improving employee engagement skills
You should also consider coaching when times are tough for you, when you might be finding it difficult to cope with things that usually don’t trouble you. You’ll know……
Through my understanding of what you are facing and years as a career woman, I am able to bring real-world clarity to my coaching to ensure high-value returns on the time and money you invest in your coaching.
